I wanted to let you know that I love working with Community Wholesale Lending because of how friendly the staff is. Not only are the rates great, but I also love how the process from start to finish is when processing loans. The Communication with everyone is great and they are easily accessible, which comes in handy, especially when you get the friendly reminders of when a rate lock is about to expire. The website is easy to use and the turn around times are quick.
